“A [Life] group takes our good intentions and puts them on a calendar.”
What are Life Groups?
Life groups are a reemphasis on the small group ministry that Wye Bible has done for many years. They are made up of people who are interested in connecting with others, learning more about God, and putting their faith into action. The driving force behind the groups is of course DISCIPLESHIP:
“Discipleship is the intensely personal activity of two or more persons helping each other experience a growing relationship with God. Discipleship is being before doing, maturity before ministry and character before career.”
What is the vision?
To inspire people to practically live out the Gospel by; equipping them to defend their faith; teaching them to live a life that glorifies God and attracts others to Him, committing to being reproducers and not just receivers; asking others to join in the vision and commit to personally investing into those that are around them while being part of a world that is a perpetual classroom that will provide opportunities for instruction at every moment.
What are people saying about life groups?
“My experience with Life Groups is that they will change your life and become what feels like a necessity as they help feed your Christian life.”
“My experience with attending is amazing, just being able to surround myself with fellow men of God.”
“A rewarding life changing experience!”
“An experience beyond words, blessing beyond measure!!”
“When Jesus started his ministry, the very first thing he did was form a [Life] group”
