Little Lamb Preschool Registration Form-2025-2026 School Year

All enrollments require a $100 non-refundable registration (if registering multiple children from the same family, only one registration fee is required), due with the form. Your child's spot is not saved until the registration fee is paid. You may pay online by completing the separate payment form or send/drop off a check at the preschool. Tuition may be paid in 9 monthly payments. The first tuition payment is due by July 1. FULL tuition payments paid by July 15 are given a 5% discount. A late fee of $15 is charged for monthly tuition payments not paid by the 15th of each month.
